These terms govern your use of the Quick Leads platform and services.

Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using the Quick Leads WhatsApp automation and lead extraction services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service and User Obligations
The Service provides tools to automate messaging and extract data via your personal WhatsApp account. You agree that:
1.1 Messaging and Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all messages and content sent through your connected WhatsApp account. Quick Leads acts as a technical intermediary and does not control the content or recipients of your communications. You must comply with all applicable laws (including anti-spam and privacy laws) and the WhatsApp Terms of Service.
Any penalty, suspension, or termination of your WhatsApp account due to your usage is solely your responsibility, and Quick Leads bears no liability for such actions.
1.2 Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for any illegal, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate purposes, including sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violating any intellectual property rights.
2. AI Service Disclaimer
2.1 Third-Party AI Model
Our Service uses the Google Gemini API to generate automated or drafted message responses. We do not own or control this underlying technology. Input data is processed by the third-party API solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
2.2 Accuracy and Risk
AI Models may generate inaccurate, misleading, or incorrect information. You must review and verify all AI-generated content before sending it. Quick Leads disclaims all liability for errors, omissions, or losses resulting from your reliance on AI-generated output.
3. Payments, Trials, and Refunds
3.1 Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial period to all new users to fully evaluate the features and performance of our Service before committing to a subscription.
3.2 Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the availability of the free trial which allows you to assess the value and compatibility of the tool, we do not offer refunds or credits for any successful plan purchases, subscription fees, or partial subscription periods. By completing a payment via our third-party processor (Razorpay), you acknowledge and accept this No-Refund Policy.
3.3 Non-Recurring Subscriptions and Renewal
All plans are purchased on a non-recurring basis. We do not automatically renew any subscription. You will only be charged for a new plan if you manually choose to purchase it after your current plan expires. We use Razorpay to process payments; we are not responsible for Razorpay’s processing errors or fees.
3.4 Cancellation
You may choose not to renew your plan at any time. As subscriptions are non-recurring, your access will simply terminate at the end of the purchased period.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quick Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
5. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
